BHI Senior Livng, Inc., has announced its recent appointment of Roger E. Weideman II, CPA, as the organization’s new vice-president and chief financial officer. Weideman replaces James W. McDaniel, CPA, who is retiring from BHI following thirty years of service with the organization.
A graduate of Indiana University, Weideman has served as a managing consultant with BKD, LLP (Thomas Healthcare Consulting) in Indianapolis. Prior experience includes managerial positions at both Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP, and Bradley & Associates, Inc., both in Indianapolis. Weideman’s professional associations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

BHI is the parent corporation for three continuing care retirement communities in Indiana: Hoosier Village, Indianapolis; The Towne House, Ft. Wayne; and Four Seasons, Columbus. All of the BHI communities have earned accreditation from CARF-CCAC, the national accrediting organization for continuing care retirement communities, and their health centers are all “Five Star” rated by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services rating system.
