Since 1952, BHI Senior Living has been dedicated to providing high quality senior living and healthcare services in Indiana. We are proud to offer a range of retirement lifestyle options for many tastes and budgets at the Indiana continuing care retirement communities and HUD-subsidized apartment complexes we sponsor.
Continuing Care Retirement Communities
BHI’s Indiana continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) offer spacious, maintenance-free apartments and cottage homes; a wide variety of on-campus amenities and services (including restaurants, shops, fitness centers, recreational opportunities, club rooms, and scheduled trips and activities); and an on-site continuum of senior health care services (including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services), should the need ever arise.
Currently, BHI sponsors three CCRCs in Indiana.
Hoosier Village

Four Seasons
Four Seasons is situated on 25 beautifully landscaped acres in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Columbus, Indiana. Residents enjoy a range of senior living options and a full continuum of healthcare services.
Affordable Subsidized Apartment Complexes for Seniors
BHI’s HUD-subsidized apartment complexes in Indiana offer the freedom and privacy of private apartment living for seniors with the convenience of many on-site amenities and activities. These affordable apartments are available to persons 62 years of age or older and persons needing a specially designed unit.
Crawford Manor
Crawford Manor is a 100-unit senior apartment complex located on the campus of Hoosier Village in Boone County, northwest of Indianapolis.
The Villas Apartments
The Villas Apartments is an attractive, not-for-profit apartment community located in a beautiful residential area of Columbus, Indiana.
