Crawford Manor is a 100-unit, non-profit apartment complex for seniors located on the beautiful 250-acre campus of Hoosier Village in Boone County, northwest of Indianapolis. Crawford Manor offers a secure living environment for older adults who appreciate a country setting - but want to remain close to the conveniences of the nearby village of Zionsville and Indianapolis.

Crawford Manor features comfortable studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and ten specially designed apartments. These HUD-subsidized apartments are available to persons aged 62 years or older and persons needing a specially designed unit. Those qualifying for rental assistance pay no more than 30% of the family's monthly adjusted income for rent. Residents are welcomed without regard to religion, race, color, handicap, sex, familial status, or national origin.

Each Crawford Manor apartment includes a private bathroom with safety bars, complete kitchen, living/dining area, and ample closet space. Apartments are also equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, garbage disposal, mini-blinds, carpeting, and smoke detectors.

Crawford Manor residents can also take advantage of our Resident Services Program. This program is designed to help Crawford Manor residents locate resources and services in the community, including doctor's appointments, transportation, home health services, social work services, assistance for the hearing and/or visually impaired, and much more.
