The Towne House is a non-profit continuing care senior living community offering a complete range of services designed to meet your changing needs. We provide independent living and assisted living in our spacious apartments, and comprehensive and skilled nursing care in our adjoining Medicare-certified Health Center. Our stunning Chapman’s Crossing homes redefine active senior living for the Fort Wayne area.

Residents of The Towne House enjoy beautifully landscaped grounds with attractive courtyards, a putting green, a playground for our very young visitors, and Krouse Park, with paved walkways, benches, and gazebo.

We strive to make life as worry-free as possible for our residents. Our underground parking and scheduled transportation services help to take the stress out of wet-weather driving - and shoveling snow in the winter is our job, not yours! Restaurant-style dining is a real treat in our our elegant main dining room, where the menu is always full of appetizing choices and you are served at your table by our friendly staff. For those times when you prefer more casual dining, you can enjoy the appetizing cuisine of our friendly, bistro-style Cafe.

Towne House residents also have the assurance that medical assistance and health care are available if ever needed. Residents who require extra assistance with the activities of daily living can receive assisted living services in the comfort and privacy of their own apartments. Comprehensive and skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services are offered in our Medicare-certified Health and Rehabilitation Center. Rehabilitative Medicare stays are all in private accommodations.
