Leslee Hale joined the BHI Foundation as Operations Coordinator in February 2024. In this role, she manages the daily operations of the Foundation, ensuring smooth processes that align with BHI’s mission to enhance the lives of older adults and those who care for them.

Leslee previously completed an Administrator in Training (AIT) program at Hoosier Village and worked in ophthalmology for seven years. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Administration from Purdue University and a Master’s in Health Administration from Indiana University.

In her free time, Leslee enjoys reading, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their four dogs—Peggy, Oliver, Scruffy, and Ivy.
